I am keen to look at and learn about different industries during my search. However, I would like to focus on the following criteria:
Geography
Businesses located in Southern California, with a strong preference for the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Size
EBITDA between $700k and $2 million.
Track Record
Businesses that have been in operations for 10 or more years.
Profitability
Operating margin of 10% or more.
